Mr. Sammons represents individuals and corporate clients in a wide range of civil litigation. His practice specifically includes defense of medical professional liability claims, insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims, product liability, premises liability and general litigation. Mr. Sammons also has extensive experience defending claims involving correctional facilities and correctional healthcare providers.

Mr. Sammons has experience litigating cases at the trial and appellate levels. He has jury trial experience, but also has assisted clients with staying out of the courtroom.

Prior to entering the practice of law, Mr. Sammons worked as an investigator for the Kentucky Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control. He also served as a Spanish linguist and paratrooper in the 20th Special Forces Group with the Kentucky Army National Guard as a Non-Commissioned Officer. Mr. Sammons is a graduate of the Defense Language Institute in Monterey California where he was class valedictorian. He was also the top graduate in his training at Goodfellow Air Force Base in San Angelo, Texas.
