Maureen P. Taylor is of counsel to Gwin Steinmetz & Baird PLLC. Licensed in both Kentucky and Ohio, she is experienced in appellate practice as well as both litigation and alternative dispute resolution. After beginning her practice in complex litigation and appellate advocacy in Louisville in 1989, she spent 11 years in Columbus, Ohio, practicing primarily in the construction law department of a large firm before returning recently to Louisville. Ms. Taylor also has represented clients challenging citations of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration before administrative law judges and the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission.
Ms. Taylor enjoys a varied practice, devoting her talents to insurance bad faith defense, ERISA matters, and general civil litigation as well as appellate advocacy.
